- Encyclopedia Britannica Online -- Elementary, middle, and high school versions available, so articles can be read at a variety of reading levels. Excellent articles, videos, diagrams, and more. Suggests best websites.
- Explora – EBSCO database searches magazines, journals, ebooks, images. Mixture of academic and popular magazines: Consumer Reports, Time, Newsweek, National Geographic Explorer, Highlights, Cricket, Ladybug, Weekly Reader, Scholastic News, etc.
